They forgot about the soup, and they had family feud blaring on the TV which the employees were watching rather than providing customer service. I wouldn’t recommend this place.

I've ordered here several times and had great flavor but I believe it over compensates for the lack of freshness. Fried foods come out not so crispy, maybe it's the fryer temp. Idk but general taos shouldn't be mushy. Overall great service and quick!!

The staff was very attentive from the moment we walked in until the moment we left. I let my nephew choose the different types of sushi, and they were all delicious. One roll wasn't to my taste, but it was still very fresh. They served miso soup upon arrival, and when we asked what was in it, the server kindly explained, teaching us something new. We only had water to drink, but they were quick to refill our glasses multiple times. Overall, it was a lovely experience.

The dish had a... read more We went to Red Bento last night and soon after eating the pad thai, my stomach started cramping. Even the next day, my stomach is still hurting. The dish had a strangely sweet taste that I had never experienced before. My daughter ordered a tuna roll which had an overwhelming amount of sriracha on it, making it difficult for her to eat. The rolls we ordered were wrapped loosely and fell apart easily. The server was not attentive and was difficult to reach throughout the meal. I had to ask for the check and hunt her down to pay. I don't enjoy writing negative reviews, but I regret dining here and hope that this was just an unfortunate incident.

The food is great in so many different ways, you can get something as tasty as a spicy pork bulgogi which comes out like a sizzling plate of Asian fajitas. The sushi here is all made with love, each roll is not only delicious but comes out like a masterpiece. One of my favorites is the Flying Dragon Roll which comes out looking like an actual dragon, no details are spared here. The best part about this establishment would be the staff. I love being able to come in and have the staff remember my order, Angel in specific has been one of the most accommodating servers. Always quick with his service, has great recommendations and is extremely knowledgeable. 10/10 experience when I have Angel as my server

The... read more I recently visited this restaurant for the first time and I absolutely loved it! The food was delicious and our waiter Raven was fantastic and very helpful. The atmosphere was charming and the children were entertained with movies while we dined. I will certainly be returning in the future. In terms of kid-friendliness, they played kid-friendly movies which our children enjoyed and made us feel very welcome. The kids bento box was just the right size for our little ones and we were grateful for our waiter's suggestion.
