Fujiyama Japanese Steak House -pullman

Despite having a reservation, we waited an hour for our meal to be prepared. It was amusing to see other dishes being made before ours, but our cook made several comments that were both ethically and sexually inappropriate. He also used profanity while there were four children in our group and made a disrespectful remark about a woman sitting next to me who was bald. The tempura was fried in batter that would have been better suited for fish and chips. Overall, it was a completely disappointing evening.

I'm so glad we have an exceptional restaurant like Fujiama on the Palouse.

While the idea of cooking in front of us is entertaining, our chef made multiple comments that were both inappropriate and unprofessional. He even used a profanity in the presence of a member of our party who is just four years old and made an insensitive joke about a woman sitting next to me who was bald. As for the tempura, it was made with a batter that would have been more suitable for fish and chips. Overall, it was a very disappointing evening.

I'm thrilled that we have an outstanding restaurant like Fujiama in the Palouse.
