The spaghetti... read more I arrived at the Jackson Park Inn last night to find the hotel restaurant was closed. The front desk recommended Tuscano Pizza since they deliver. The spaghetti and meatballs, side salad, and garlic bread were a wonderful option. A pleasant and courteous young lady delivered the food in less than 30 minutes. Thank you to the staff for the great food and quick delivery. Thumbs up to the hotel staff for the recommendation.

Although I i... read more I ordered two Philly Cheese Steaks with light peppers and light onions. One of the sandwiches came without any peppers or onions—it was just plain. Although I initially planned to eat the plain sub without complaining, I found a very long hair in it halfway through. I called to see if I could get a replacement the next day and was told it could only be replaced if it hadn’t been touched. I understand that mistakes happen, which is why I was going to eat it anyway, but finding a hair is extremely unsanitary, and that kind of mistake should always be addressed!
