Ginza - Pulaski
Ginza
Description
Ginza is a local Pulaski gem serving flavorful Asian fare—standout red curry, ginger fried rice, fresh sushi, gyoza and solid hibachi—at fair prices. Staff are friendly and attentive, though service can slow when short-handed. The dim, dated dining room could use a refresh and deeper cleaning, and occasional inconsistencies (overly sweet curries, bland spicy rolls, sparse condiments or missed sides) suggest variable execution. Overall, it’s an authentic, recommendable spot worth returning to for reliably tasty dishes.

Wife and I went for Friday dinner. It took a little while to be seen, but they were pretty busy and seemed short staffed. The waitress was very friendly, as was all the other staff. The restaurant is dark and dated, could use some sprucing up and a deep clean.Food was fantastic! I did however not receive my salad, though this is not a complaint. I purposely didn't say anything because I was full from all my other food and I could tell the staff was busy. Just maybe something to pay a little closer attention to as another customer may not be as understanding. We will definitely be back though!!
Awesome restaurant. Their fried rice is more like how a Thai restaurant would do it. Lots of flavor even a little bit of different colors. I definitely enjoyed the meal. The price was fair as well. I look forward to returning once I’m back in the Pulaski area.
I visited for the first time and was very impressed with the food, which was both excellent and reasonably priced. The only downside was that the staff seemed a bit short-handed, a trend I've noticed in many places lately. Overall, we definitely intend to come back. Food: 5/5.
The service and presentation were outstanding. I found the hibachi chicken and Thai curry enjoyable, although they were a bit sweeter than I prefer. Overall, I would give the food a 3 out of 5.
Our first visit was a pleasant surprise! We started with gyozas deep fried dumplings which I rarely eat but they were fresh and light, I ordered a wonderful ginger fried rice with shrimp.Stir frying is an art so that you don't end up with too much oil or sauce that puddles at the bottom. This was perfect. My husband ordered chicken curry and thought it was excellent. They even opened a fresh bottle of wine for me. Priceing was fine and as expected. We will definitely return!
