A small restaurant run by a pleasant older couple. We ate a variety of tapas and individual dishes. The salad was huge and felt like it had just been cut. The pasta was just right And the attitude was pleasant and not oppressive. We will definitely eat there again
A quaint little restaurant in the town square, Mossec offers basic local cuisine at a reasonable price. The staff are friendly but be prepared as there are no English speaking staff and no English menu so can make communication somewhat difficult. The burger had no bun! Just a hunk of meat with (salty) chips, nice enough but not what was expected. The cheese fondue was lovely with the cheese bread however. The cannelloni, hmmm, it was okay. None offensive but nothing special either. I wouldn’t be put off visiting this place again but I will forget about it quickly.
We went in to ask if they had calçots, a typical dish in many parts of Catalonia. The waiter said they didn’t have any, and when we asked if they knew any nearby place that may have them, the answer was literally: “yes, 100km away, in Tarragona”.
Been there with family, pasta was chosen this time as main course and it was very taste, the wine choice was also very good, my wife took the ham and my daughter the soup, great food
