We visit Fajita Banana on our first night several trips every year. We have always loved the food, service and friendliness. That is until this year. The four of us ordered our old standby, Mahi Mahi, which we have every trip. The fish was SO salty that it was inedible. The waiter replaced all four orders, but they were equally bad. Ok, so if you are hungry, tired of the hotel food, and you like EXCELLENT Mexican food, this is your place. We were tired and hungry, and just needed a beer and some fajitas. We stopped in, chicken fajitas, all the best toppings, home made corn tortillas.....wow, this place is really that good.I wish I could remember the name of the waiter, but cannot.
