Mcdonald's - Pueblo

Disappointing, wanted a fast meal. Turned out to be a waste of time and money. Lady wouldn't give me back any change at first or receipt, literally refused. Then when I finally got it because I refused to move, she gave me back the wrong change twice. Manager was right behind her and stayed silent.

Probably the worst location in Pueblo. Ordered one thing, received another. Went back to get it corrected. Cheese was damn near frozen. Hamburger Patties tasted like they were made yesterday. This is the third or fourth time this has happened.

The lady at the register could barely comprehend my simple order. I don't mean to be rude but that type of service isn't helping the customers or the store.McDonald's is probably the worst fast food there is, I recommend staying away.Poor service and poor food...

This McDonald's location should stop asking for your order and just take your money.You won't get what you ordered and they will serve you whatever they feel like serving you. Just pull up to the window and hand them your money.Act surprised when it's almost what you ordered.

Wanted to grab a quick lunch so stopped in at McDonald’s…. I order my sandwich… with special requests. Got lunch went home to eat it….NOT!!!! Sandwich was made wrong!!!! Called and returned to the restaurant…got another special sandwich….WRONG AGAIN!!!! This went on through 5 sandwiches to get it right!!!!! NO thank you…. NO APOLOGIES…. Just a chuckle from a person named Gabe!!!!
