Best tasting handheld burrito in Pueblo! Such a lovely place to eat. It's a walk up and order at the window establishment. Betty's son Gino Lopez owns it now, I think. He's nice. They have a big menu of Mexican food, but I always get either the Pork and avocado burrito or the Bean, chicarron and and green chile burrito. Both are absolutely yummy. The chile is a sauce, not just diced green chiles. Everything is freshl... View all feedback.
What Hugo Wicki doesn't like about Burrito's Betty:
I love this place! the bohnenkäse burrito with green chile is a go-to. they really need to set up a better system to call out entries like the number on the entry or the name of the customer. stick the bag of food out of the window and only (fast) what the food is making it confusing for all waiting. we have no idea whether it is ours and it becomes a frustrating guessing game. many things would be solved by making i... I live in denver and at any time I am in pueblo I visit burrito betty. at the beginning it was delicious, not now. the green chili is not the same, the kartoffels are muddy. it's just not the same. I can only assume that they have changed the recipe and maybe use cheaper ingredients.

I hesitate to get out of this ground often. I also had a command wrong and I came home when I found out. unless I eat the burrito there, it is always a guessing game when it will be right. they make great deals and have great prizes, but they can see why I'm a little worse.
I don't know if I'd call a burrito here. it was more like suppe wrapped in a tortilla, or as one of my friends it was a juice box. I never had a burrito that is almost completely liquid inside. the taste was good, but it would be better if they used real avocado and made real burritos. another friend said they used kartoffels in the breakfast burritos, so that all were muddy. to know something else is the fact that they are much higher prices than those on the menu in front now, and the burritos are quite small compared to others in the opposite, which are also much cheaper and better textual. I don't know if I'd eat here again, personally, especially, up there on everything that was flat outside ignored us when we went back to the window to see if there was a hot sauce, but for everyone it's own.
Burritos betty has been a hot of pueblo for many years. it is sad to see that the new owner brings this place down and ruin the names of a great woman. the service is terrible, the burritos are very small in comparison to before. they have people who wait over 7:40 when they open at 7:00 o'clock. very sad what this place has become. Actually, the good name of betty should remove from this chaos of a restaurant.
Great Place to eat Breakfast or Lunch…Closes early in the day, Food portions aren’t that consistent from one visit to the next, but the food taste great. Prices are in line with everywhere else.(Reasonable)
