Baskin-robbins - Pueblo West

We’ve been there a few times and have had wonderful experiences each time. Everything feels fresh, and you can tell they're really putting in their best effort. That's all you can ask for! We absolutely love them and are so grateful they’ve opened in PW – yay!

They were out of nearly everything, but at least I managed to get my smoothie. On a positive note, Mica (or however his name is spelled) deserves a raise. He handled the situation with a really relaxed attitude.

There’s always a problem at this place. If the staff would put just half as much effort into fulfilling orders as they do into making excuses and complaining about how busy they are, things would run much more smoothly. We've only had one successful pickup here; otherwise, it’s usually a chaotic experience. We do not recommend ordering for delivery from this restaurant, and we certainly don’t recommend picking up your order either.

I had the coffee ice cream, and it was excellent. Just one serving was more than enough and very satisfying. They have a wide variety of options, and the staff were friendly, even offering samples without me needing to ask.

I received great service during my visit! The food was outstanding, and I really enjoyed all the delightful aromas in the surrounding area!
