The hotels facilities are impressive for a town like Pskov. It is indeed a well situated complex with a well maintained SPA and gorgeous rooms. The restaurant and its' staff, however, we're less than satisfactory. Our drinks took 45 minutes to reach our table, and we waited about an hour for our plates. When we asked about the waiting times, we were quickly argued with, dismissed and told that there was no Management in house. The excuse given was a large influx of customers that evening; this was visibly untrue. We also suspect the restaurant had something to do with my mother's food poisoning later that evening. Nice hotel, but the restaurant and it's staff most certainly need development.
