The hotel was excellent — we had a very pleasant stay, and both the food and accommodation were great. The ski bus stops right in front of the hotel, which made getting to the ski area extremely convenient. The staff were very friendly. In particular, on the first day of our arrival, a gentleman at the front desk explained the transportation options and the ski lift system in detail, which was a great help for our skiing plans over the following days. Another lady kindly helped us check the public transportation options to the train station for Sunday — the information she provided was even more accurate than what we received at the tourist information office. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and truly appreciated the helpful and professional service.

There's conven... read more We had a wonderful holiday at this hotel. The food was excellent, and the staff's attentiveness, along with the cleanliness, was truly fantastic. There's convenient parking available in the hotel's own car park, and they also offer ski storage. They provide various meal options for children and are very accommodating for picky eaters. The heated outdoor pool in winter is a treat, with a water temperature of 29°C. It's just a 15-20 minute drive to the Fiss-Ladis ski resort. I highly recommend this hotel.
