I have placed my order via the phone for 1 provo roll as well as an order for the 3 Japanese rolls. when I came to the restaurant, there was a clear miscommunic... read more I have placed my order via the phone for 1 provo roll as well as an order for the 3 Japanese rolls. when I came to the restaurant, there was a clear miscommunication. via the phone it has to sound like I wanted to roll 3 provo and apply 1 when the egg rolls. when the host told the chef about the problem, they started screaming the hands. I apologised for the wrong communication, but that didn't prevent the chefs from throwing their hands, as well as a small presentation I received from the hostess. After we found out the order that she mentioned that buying a free roll get and I told her that I was interested in doing it. When she gave me my quittung, I saw that I was charged free for 3 orders from eierrolles as well as the additional sushi roll she mentioned. I agreed to pay for it so that I didn't have to go through all this again. I'm not going to come back.
