They need to inform their employees on promotions.

Today was my first day at this subway but I did all the same c... read more I eat at other Subways in Utah all the time, mostly because the curbside pickup is so convenient. Today was my first day at this subway but I did all the same curbside steps as usual. While I was waiting in the curbside parking spot, I could see there werea lot of customers inside so I didn't mind waiting a minute. After everyone had left, the two employees just stood at theregister talking to each other. No one made any attempt to bring my order out to me. I finally walked in and had to interruptthe two employees, who were busy complaining loudly and in an offensive way about the previous customers (based on thesecustomers' nationality). I asked about my order and they pointed to the walk-in rack, saying that those were the curbsideorders. Woops. I guess nobody trained them the difference, and/or they just dislike working at Subway so much that they decidedto stop bringing orders out to people. Such a terrible Subway compared to literally every other one.
