And I love all the girls!

I can't think of a better way to start the day, no matter how I feel when I walk in, I walk out with the biggest smile and feel like this strange place called provo is home because of the girls at juice n java

There's something for everyone, my sister is hooked on their delicious hot chocolate especially snickerdoodle! My boyfriend usually gets a strawberries and cream Italian soda or a frozen peach drink. I always vary my order, but typically godfather iced, hot or blended with an extra shot! I'm working on being healthier so I'm gonna ask tomorrow about green juices or green smoothies and see how that goes! : btw the customer service is the best part, sometimes I go there not feeling great and most of the time I leave feeling a million times better and ready to start the day right. Especially when yoshi is helping out, she always makes me laugh! And feel welcomed :

I was in an emergency situation and I asked them politely if I could jump on there guest wifi. They told me I had to buy something. I told them that no problem but my emergency is my car wasrunning out of gas and I needed to transfer money. Then I could buy something. The short stuby man with the grey beard was beingrude and smug about it. I would recommend retraining your staff. I dont want to penalize the owners so I am going to give you achance to have him apologize. If he does I will change to a better rating. If not I will be keeping my star rating to a one withmore reviews to follow. I wasn't asking for anything for free. I offered to pay. All I had to do was make a simple transferthen I would of bought something. I told you that and you still refused to help me. If we are close minded and dont offer peoplesimple help with resources that are simply avalible then who are we as humans. I would never in a million years act the way youdid. If someone approached me needing help I would do what I can to help. Not sit there and be smug about. I would like to seeyour company stake a step further and remove your security password and offer free wifi. Who cares if people get on yournetwork. The people that jump on clearly need the help. Starbucks offers it.

I come here to get their delicious Sick Tea mostly. They are quick and kind. Here is the reason for the 4-star review. Every time I go through the drive through they say, ?your total is (whatever the total is). Would you like toleave a tip?? And then I am left in this really uncomfortable situation of sitting there awkwardly waiting for me to make adecision to tip. I usually tip at these types of places but when they trap me in my car at the window with my card in theirmachine it makes me feel very uncomfortable. It makes me want to NOT tip and it also makes me want to not go here. This is truefor their Orem and Provo locations. In summary, great place, great drinks, but stop asking for a tip at the drive throughwindow. Give me a receipt to sign and let me tip that way. Otherwise this could be a 5-star review.
