coffee monarchie is located in santa beatriz 96 local 2, to go oted can go down by metro manuel montt and walk really I recommend it to go to lunch, good, pleasant and cheap. the chef is Austrian and very rich cuisine. I had a simple orange chocolate ice cream at this restaurant, and it was delicious. The service was excellent and the atmosphere was cozy.
Viktor is a very friendly and excellent chef. My favorite dishes at his restaurant are the pancakes and tiramisu served on Fridays.
