I was so happy when poindexter opened his doors again. they have super tasty coffee, my favorite is the mocha. Perfectly located, with some of the most helpful staff and cheap trips, poindexter is ideal for a delicious morning pick-up. I am a teacher and this is a perfect place to make a planning or graduation. the wifi is free. they also have free pencils! View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Poindexter Coffee:
I put a whisper in a plastic bag. in consideration of the quality of the other caffes in the opposite, I would not expect Starbucks-esque packed baked goods, especially in the first floor of a famous hotel. I'd suggest the dead on the street. View all feedback.
This place gets a big AVOID. Can not give zero stars but Zero stars is what they deserve. Not a friendly staff at all... Rude, pretentious, and unaccomadating. The coffee was terrible. If the coffee was good I may have given them one star. Not sure if this place is affiliated with The Graduate hotel, if it is they may want to reassess. Spend your hard earn dollars at another coffee place.

I work Next Door and I go there quite often. Normally pay about 5.40 for a large Decaf Latte. Today 3-06-2023 The young girl at the counter rang me up and I handed her a Twenty. She gave me 14.50 Back and I looked at my change to give her a Tip and realized she shorted me .10 Cents. So I questioned her and looked at the register and it said I should be getting 14.60 for change. I said you owe me .10 Cents. She replied I Don't have any Dimes. I said but you still owe me money and she said we don't have any dimes and looked away. This is so unacceptable in so many ways. Why do I have to eat the change? What about two Nickles, or how about telling me I'm sorry I don't have any dimes and charge me .10 cents less. I work at City Hall my name is Amy, dare you to come find me and make it right. Never buying coffee there again, Topper had to microwave my coffee because it was cold. Peace out.
The hotel is amazing and would definitely stay there again, but the food at the attached cafe is mediocre and the orange glass you see in the picture is an $11 mimosa, so come for the vibes (cute decoration and decent coffee) but not the food or cocktails.
Create atmosphere create food amazing coffee laid-back you can work while sipping your coffee away this place definitely deserves five stars
