While we were waiting, another customer who was already seated came over to chat with us, but he appeared to be under the influence. The manager, John, then ord... read more While we were waiting, another customer who was already seated came over to chat with us, but he appeared to be under the influence. The manager, John, then ordered security to escort him out of the establishment. It was shocking to witness such unprofessional behavior, especially when the young man was treated roughly by the staff. Afterward, we checked on the customer to make sure he was alright, and he informed us that he had been told he could return to the restaurant. However, when he attempted to pay for his tab outside, security seemed to pester him further. When we returned to the host stand to get a table, we were informed by the security that John had decided not to serve us. I would recommend avoiding this place at all costs—it's completely unprofessional! It's puzzling to see why they have a 24/7 operation yet can’t seem to manage their staffing properly.

It is owned by Dine Brands Global--a company formed after IHOP 's purchase of Applebee 's, with 99% of the restaurants run by independent franchisees. The company has 1,841 locations in the Americas, the Middle East and South Asia. Recently, they decided to focus on burgers and be known as a burger place in addition to being a pancake restaurant. It all started around June 2018, when an IHOP marketing campaign announced they would flip their name to IHOb ; it was ultimately revealed to be a marketing campaign for its hamburgers, in an effort to address perceptions that IHOP was still primarily oriented towards breakfast food. The tease of the campaign led to speculation via social media regarding the intent of the change. IHOP parodied the campaign the following year to promote a new hamburger that includes a pancake as an ingredient, jokingly stating that they would refer to their burgers as pancakes because people wanted IHOP to stick to pancakes . Being open 24 hours, it 's an easy destination for anyone at any time. The food is average, but the menu is pretty large and varied.

His energy is truly unmatched, and he absolutely deserves a raise—whatever he's earning, it's not enough. He’s a fantastic server and made my experience enjoyable. I can't wait to return and see him again. And by the way, the food was quite delicious too!
