Great place to have a leisurely, alfresco lunch on a summer afternoon with friends. The food was delicious, service superb and our Jack Russell was allowed to sit at our feet and drink from the water bowl they provided. We'd go again! View all feedback.

We expected a romantic birthday dinner but instead had to ask the women next to us to tone it down. Food was just okay. Mussels for an appetizer had huge shells and small mussels inside with several shells not even open. Our paella was spicy; way too spicy for me and a bit too spicy for my husband. Went here for my wife's birthday because she loves seafood and I had seen this recommended for seafood. We were not disappointed. We both enjoyed the Oysters Hemenway and lobster with shrimp/scallop/crab stuffing. We had a pleasant surprise that they were offering half-price wine on Sunday, so we were able to, with no price guilt, cap the special dinner with a better bottle of champagne than we otherwise would have ordered. The staff, especially our waiter, were wonderful in making us feel welcome and pampered. We went dressy for the special occasion and felt good about it, but there were also people there dressed more casually. It was all OK. Pricey, yes. Worth it, yes.
Central location and great seafood. The ambiance is nice and cozy. It looks at the river with a nice view. Service is good as well. Overall, I recommend this restaurant.
Best oysters HANDS DOWN anywhere! Bring your pocketbook, this place isn't cheap, but you get what you pay for.
