I had not preloaded, but went in me and was absolutely stunned, how immaculate the food preparation area is. the personal is friendly and very busy, but again, the hand wash, gloves, etc. were amazingly clean. Now I'm not neurotic, just a retired nurse who's sensitive to these things. I ate my things when I came home and they were the best Asian escapes I had eaten south of boston. the stubborn pastry was not a hit, as it was pretty dense, but everything else was cloudy. Other than that it's a good Chinese food place to check out if you haven't yet.
