I had not preloaded, but went in me and was absolutely stunned, how immaculate the food preparation area is. the personal is friendly and very busy, but again, the hand wash, gloves, etc. were amazingly clean. now I'm not neurotic, just a retired nurse, which is sensitive to these things.<br I ate my things when I came home and they were the best Asian escapes I ate south of boston. the stubborn pastry was not a hit, as it was quite dense, but all the other was turbulent. Other than that it's a good Chinese food place to check out if you haven't yet.
