Rams and gyoza are very good! there are many different types (different origin) of rammen, they do hokkaidostyle here, the suppe is rich and tasteful. highly recommended!

Eating is really good. service is not good. I was sitting in a table close to toilet and smells. So I asked her kindly to change the seat and what the waitress said that all have server seats and so they can change. Finally, they offered me another one after I explained them, I can't bear the smell. after that, when I changed the table to waitress, they served me the wrong eating and they took it back and reserved me another eating and the waitress came and complained to me in an rude attitude that next time no tables change otherwise are mixed up. I think that's very unprofessional. I was in so many restaurants all over the world, this was the first time that I behave this for something that was not my fault after me. I hope management really looks at it.

This place is wonderful. ramen is unique and amazing. not like a salt soup. I can't wait to come back. I had spicy pork with spicy ground pork. amazing. wife had the traditional not spicy. my daughter was like I hired all of them. I'm not hungry until she tried, then she ate the half of our dishes. if a picky does 6 years old, then they know that it is legit. big jon ganko itt. I can't wait to see you again!

The life is short f. it is up! family, flavor, friends this raven place is a med sized shop right next to brown uniw. the broth is 60%pork 40%chicken, unless they get a broth that it expressly says, not. anyone who got the shio paitan and added pork bell. start with the suppe beautiful creamy savory. the noodles were well structured with each bite. they added a few traditional vegetables and char siu. the black bauch char siu was very well prepared the correct amount of season fat and blossom. but what made it special that it was crispy as if it should be despite the suppe. next we had the takoyaki otopus balls). ... do not pick the grinning out of the face such a ball..lol these are a must when they visit crispy outside creamy savory quality inside.

I agree with a previous reviewer that the limited menu was difficult to navigate if you are not familiar with ramen. As I don't eat meat and didn't know many of the listed ingredients, I asked the waitress to recommend a bowl and she pointed me to the only two vegan options on the menu. I chose the spicy Gankara Miso, and it was EXCELLENT until the pieces of ground pork became evident. I don't know if it was a kitchen mishap or oversight, or if woks are used for both vegan and traditional orders without being wiped clean in between, but vegans beware!
