I was informed that there is a new policy prohibiting t... read more I visited this morning to request a remake of an iced coffee I had bought from another Dunkin’ location. I was informed that there is a new policy prohibiting them from remaking any coffees. Concerned, I reached out to a district manager I know to verify whether this was indeed a new policy. I was assured that it was not the case; employees have no right to impose such a rule. The district manager also mentioned they would send someone to speak with the store manager about this policy, which no one seems to know about.

Was put thru on the screen as vanilla shot so i said “not that one the french vanilla swirl” because obviously fv is a swirl right and she told me “oh well u need to specify that” i did obviously because i was still placing my order in that moment in time so i specified she messed up my order your employees need hearing checkups and behavior evaluations because i just wanted to make sure my coffee wasn’t messed up. Then proceeded to put the shot in my drink anyways so i cant drink it as it was leaking all over the cup and the lid was on wrong too. and not that its a huge deal but my avocado toast was put in a mini munchkin box so crumbs everywhere. Idk if it was Kaylee but thats what my receipt says 1/29/23 at 10:31am order 8302. 530027 kaylee

The women's restroom was clean, and they pro... read more I had a positive experience at this restaurant thanks to the friendly staff and the prompt preparation of my order. The women's restroom was clean, and they provided wipes for the dining tables, which I appreciated. However, I was disturbed to see a refrigerator filled with juices that had expired in 2020. The liquids had separated and looked discolored, which was quite off-putting and felt like a waste of electricity.
