Don Jose Tequilas Resturant

The only Mexican restaurant on the hill. Perfect in every way. Service, ambience and delicious entrees are not disappointed. Even the diversity of margaritas was from this world.

I haven't been to Don Jose Tequila for long, but it won't take long until I get back. What a great time last night and an even better dinner. Alejandra was our server and she did a great job. The chips and salsa were good, although the chips were a bit thicker than normal. We also had the 3 empenada's for an appetizer that were delicious! Our Fajitas were so good that I think that could be the new clamp for them. We had three juices, pineapples, passion fruit and guava. I asked for joy salsa and got habanero-smoky but hot. Another server said that she thought it was too sweet and she prefers her Habanero with more salt.

There’s an abundance of food—more than anyone should consume! The large margarita is fantastic, although quite challenging to finish. The service is quick and friendly. I definitely recommend that Antony give this restaurant a try.

I had never heard of the restaurant until my friend mentioned where our dinner reservations where going to be. A group of six of us attended for dinner and although we had a reservation there is a little bit of extra wait. They do require for the entire group to be there in order to sit you down. We ordered guacamole and chips for the table and it was freshly made and delicious! I got the chicken quesadillas and they were pretty yummy as well. I would definitely recommend this place, please note that the inside is pretty cozy and it can get a bit loud with the music so it can be difficult to have a conversation while you’re eating.
