Domino's Pizza - Providence

I've ordered delivery from this place at least 10 times, and EVERY SINGLE TIME, they forget something from my order, and whenever I call the store to try and get a hold of my missing items, I always get put on hold for up to 20 minutes. I won't be ordering from this store again.

If it weren't for the fact that I like Domino's pizza, I really wouldn't even order from this store. I always ask for extra sauce and they add it whenever they want. Customer service is terrible. I am a very respectful person towards others, and I would like it to be reciprocal; especially when I'm paying for a service. Having my phone closed is unacceptable. I think they really need a good supervisor or a better manager because their employees in this branch are uncontrollable.

I place an order,after calling and waiting for a long time basically two hours they said they let my food outside food was cold didn’t even eat it. I will never order from this domino again they just horrible with their service.

Took them two hours to deliver, never called, and then lied saying my phone was off when I finally called them. I finally got my food and the delivery driver threw it on the porch and peeled and said “my bad bro Bro bro just dropped it on the porch”.I proceeded to ask if he has a phone because he didn’t even call when he got there he honked the horn a ridiculous amount of times. He told me his phone was off. I live on the 3rd floor by the way so it’s not like there’s a door I could hear even if he knocked. I’ll probably still order here since it’s cheaper then most pizza places, just don’t be surprised if the service is trash half the time.

They took ode long bringing my food. Driver went to 2 different liquor stores then back to the store before bringing my order *still hasn’t came as i’m typing this*
