It was a great restaurant but has closed because the owners are pursuing new opportunities in Singapore! Please see their website for their closing statement.

We’re so sorry to hear that ChezPascal will soon be closing. Their duck dinners are always superb as are their other offerings. The staff is always so accommodating too. We’ll miss them terribly !
My family, friends and I will no longer be frequenting your discriminatory establishment. No huge loss really as your food and service are subpar anyway.
