I feel like I don’t even need to leave a reasoning for my review because at the moment there are 126 5 star reviews for Brian’s bake! Have you ever seen anything like that? ! This is one of Rhode Island’s absolute best’s! Extremely special treat if you can get your hands on some. I’m obsessed and show all my friends ! View all feedback.
These are my favorite croissants ever! Crispy, flaky, with many many layers ? my favorite one was chocolate coconut, it was to die for! Love their chocolate and butter croissants too. Today I tried their za'atar gouda cheese croissant today and loved it! You got to put an online order because they sell out fairly soon.
This place is seriously amazing. The owner really cares about the quality of the product that he meticulously produces, and it shows! Great looking croissants and absolutely delicious. My personal favorites are the croissants with coffee glaze and the croissant loaf. Always amazing, definitely worth to try.
Just had my second serving of delicious Croissants from Brian (Butterbang) has mastered! The Yum Roll croissant cinnamon roll with glaze and salted caramel ABSOLUTELY amazing!!!!My wife and I split a Cardamom Heart...also delicious!..(The Yum Roll I wouldn 't share and have hid the other half for later) :)No one can describe how delicious his work is....truly amazing!
Best croissants ever. This is a cool croissant “speakeasy” where you sign up for the mailing list, and get alerts about the next sale. The new location feels like it’s right out Paris right down to the adorable “Boulevard de Buerre” sign. The croissants are absolutely delicious. We tried: the Classic the Dainty Pig (Proscuitto Gouda) Choco Almond FilledAll of them were a beautiful combo of flaky, buttery light and airy perfection. You can really tell the care and love that has gone into baking each one of these croissants.I would highly recommend jumping on that mailing or wait list asap! Pro Tip if the list is closed, follow @butterbangcroissants until a spot opens up.If any of these steps seem overkill, Butterbang is the best example of quality over quantity. It is totally worth waiting!
Enticed by the rave reviews, I knew I had to try Butterbang. I got the chocolate almond croissant and chocolate croissant they were both very flaky and had a satisfying crunch, but I wish the almond one had a stronger almond profile. Butterbang has a great variety of flavors, but they sell out very quickly once orders go live. Signing up for their listserv is definitely needed so you can grab the flavors you want. Since it's a bit inconvenient to have to plan ahead for their treats and pick ups are generally only in the morning, I will probably not be back, unless a special flavor catches my eye.
