So rude, horrible customer service. The worker just screamed at us for no reason. Didn’t even try to get our attention earlier. The worse auntie anne’s out there.

The worse auntie Anne’s ever. The worker was so rude and screamed at us when she never even called out our order. The service took forever as well. Will not be coming back to this auntie Anne’s. First time in providence and it’s not off to a good start. Boston will treat you better!

Horrible burn pretzel unprofessional customer service woman only speak Spanish and big attitude problems

Came over an hour before closing they still wouldn’t make a fresh almond pretzel seeing as those been sitting there for a while! I’ve worked there before, know how it works. Their rude do no care about their customers.

My kids love prezetal nuggets with chees dips. staff is really good. they quickly prepare customize prezetal like jalapeño : if you want fresh one.
