It used to be just decent before COVID, but now it’s really lacking. The drive-thru is supposedly open, but you'll likely be completely ignored. Even when you walk in, the level of service is unpredictable. It’s clear that the staff doesn’t want to be there, and I honestly can’t understand how they’ve managed to keep their jobs. Look elsewhere for a meal—when we pay to dine out, we should expect good service to go with it!

Instead, they... read more I highly recommend avoiding this Arby's at all costs. The drive-thru service is terrible; they don't acknowledge you through the intercom at all. Instead, they just look out the window and ignore your presence. It's truly a disappointing experience. Save your money—this place clearly doesn't want it—and head over to either the Subway or Burger King across the street. You'll receive much better service there.
