"...the food is ah-mazing! I have had my share of Indian food and I can say this is among the best. And in a one-horse town in Mexico to boot..." I have said words to the same effect to Jacque Small on my visits to her restaurant. So glad someone (Tanya1111) has now made up for my not having shared that sentiment online. And, don´t overlook that Jacque now uses 100% non-fluoridated sea salt, which means you can have great Indian food when you want and not have to think about what Mexico's policy of adding fluoride to regular table salt may be doing to your health.
I got to Mexico and stumbled into Saboreando Comida India. I am stunned at how delicious the food was. Jacque , the owner and chef made me the most delicious dish ever. I have traveled the globe and eaten in some of the swankiest restaurants around. Yet, this was a culinary experience I will never forget. I thought to myself-She knocked this outta the park! It was ambrosia...And I highly recommend you swing by Playa Progreso for Indian food ...It's worth the trip! Bravo to Jacque and her excellent palate and super service. I am hooked!
