The staff certainly deserves a very high rating, always available, kind and with a problem solving ability that places them at the TOP. The location of the structure, very central, certainly makes it a strategic point of reference for visiting the island, any destination can be reached within a maximum distance of 2 km. Unfortunately, the structure understood as common areas, garden and rooms is poorly cared for, as can be seen for example in the almost completely abandoned relaxation areas, areas of the garden that are used for storage of various materials. The area dedicated to the swimming pool, thanks also to the choice of lava stone, is certainly very pleasant if it were not for the lack of respect and education of some guests with their families who do not respect the rules written and applied on the trunk of the palm trees at the entrance in our opinion it would have been better to have a sign affixed to a pole stuck in the ground) such as, for example, do not dive, do not shout and respect the needs of others, the TOP was seeing one of these guests even blissfully smoking immersed in the waters of the same . All this, in addition to being extremely annoying, makes it absolutely impossible to relax, the unfortunate thing is that none of the staff ever took action in this regard and paradoxically they were also very helpful towards them. Looking at your website, the first thing that is expressly advertised, thanks also to the SPA area, is the tranquility of the structure, which as you know and as we have expressed, does not correspond to the truth. If we can give some advice, it would be better to also change the photos on your site which certainly date back to very remote times, given the size of the vegetation and which no longer correspond to reality, the structure certainly had its times of glory, unfortunately today it does not that's how it is. You also advertise very well the possibility of holding events such as weddings, do you still do them using written methods? Rooms: I think the photos present do not need comments. The first reviews about it date back to the pre-Covid period. Noteworthy details: Our review simply aims to be an aid for improvement, we are sure that the structure has a very high potential which unfortunately is not expressed.

As I always say, as a simple businesswoman, fish stinks from the head. The feeling is that this wonderful place is being squeezed and not loved enough by the owners. Carelessness in the gardens that could truly be the flagship of this place, carelessness which means little care, therefore a small investment, just enough to.... The staff are the employees who do their job well, the impression is that they do much more, having employees like this is a real asset. A director is missing, the manager is missing, and it feels. Everyone must know how to do their job and not delegate their responsibility to others. We are travelers and we like to observe, learn, understand and share. The cost we have paid for this Hotel is not in keeping with the management of the place simply because there is no Manager who would make a difference. Too bad, because this hotel, if well managed, could be a fairytale place.

The location is enchanting, surrounded by greenery, well connected and above all equipped with every comfort. The room is taken care of in every detail, from cleanliness to furnishings. The swimming pool is spectacular, with cocktail bar and solarium, perfect for enjoying a bit of relaxation in tranquility. The cuisine is delicious, refined and with typical local specialties. And what about the staff... young, friendly, attentive and super available to satisfy all our requests and needs. In short, hospitality is at home! Even for our 4-legged friends! I will return, because places like this are not easily found. I recommend it, it's fabulous!!!!
