Hello! Hopefully this gets the attention needed. First time when at a restaurant which is officialy opened until 23h00, at 20:45 i got refused for an order, even for a take away. As being adviced by the neighbours of the Controra, i decided to give it a try. Quick advice well intented for the staff and the direction. *Refuse à customer if there is no table left BUT only after you propose him alternatives or later disponibilities if possible. When the same customer comes with solutions at your bad management of stress, to eventually order to take away, saying « take away is closed» after asking some colleagues with an atitude denoting pure ignorance, in italian: « explain them in whichever language you want, spanish, french, english that we don’t take anymore orders », that denotes 0 customer service. I don’t doubt that the food must be amazing as i heard only good rumours, but the word restaurant itself must be took as a whole experience and the food is just a part of it, but not everything.

Excellent food, very kind staff and honest prices. Both the pizzeria and the restaurant work very well. I 'm practically from Procida and I feel I can say that it is one of the best restaurants in Procida; it didn 't get overwhelmed by the tourist craze so it didn 't lose in quality. It 's a regular stop whenever I can. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner
