The waitress justified this delay by the fact that a pizzaiolo was absent and that it had disorganized the kitchen. I understand. On the other hand, what I don't understand is that on the one hand, the quality of the dishes was found to be greatly affected, and on the other hand, no commercial gesture was granted (a small discount on the addition or a drink offered would have helped to pass the pill). Too bad.
