Le Clos du Château - Pringy

Last night, we went to this restaurant for my birthday (we had booked a few days before) and we really had a great time. The menu découverte is absolutely delicious ; the different courses have perfect proportions, the flavors are surprising and really good. We had a great wine too (Pessac-Leognan) and the staff was friendly. Nice atmosphere and it 's good value. Honestly, it 's money well spent!

The food is really good and the quantity is well balanced even when you go for the menu degustation. You have to book well in advance. We were a bit late in booking so first space was at 20h30, but we were served immediately when we arrived. The service is also very good and the space between tables are correct. We were driving so I wanted half a bottle of wine, here the wine card could be improved. All very young wines. I selected a young Rhone wine from 2015, but they served a 2016 without saying anything, much too young for the food so be careful.

Étant allés dans ce restaurant aussi bien à titre personnel que professionnel nous avons toujours été très bien reçu. Les menus se déclinent selon les saisons et sont toujours en accords parfait et surprenants. Nous avons découvert des vins surprenant et excellents. Le cadre est aussi bien à l'intérieur qu'à l'extérieur . Ne pas hésiter vous ne pouvez pas être déçu.

Alors la qu'elle bonne surprise en découvrant la carte ainsi que les tarifs proposé tout est correct est bon de surcroît frais dans un cadre romantique à l ambiance détendu à refaire sans hésitation

Que nous n'avions pas diner aussi bien , tant par l'accueil, une terrasse une ambiance agréable pour deguster des plats differents pour chacun , avec une maitrise des assaisonnements , 'un grand chef ! Nous ne manquerons pas de retourner pour deguster d'autres plats ,les menus sont alléchants on célébrait mon anniversaire
