Everything is refined at l'Inédit, but what really sets it apart is the evident creativity in the food, making every course an adventure and a surprise. The ingredients are finely balanced to achieve a sublime taste experience. A serious and complete (but France only) wine menu rounds out the offering. To be experienced to be believed. This is NOT a cheap restaurant, though.The staff is quiet, knowledgeable and efficient, the decor stylish. Private parking behind the restaurant.
