From outside to inside , everywhere of the place is the unique design ; I only drink a cup of ice coffee before meal, but has been drunk in the pleasant decoration. Then my wife and I shared the Grilled Hake and Chicken mayonaise Toasted, we both thought it was delicious; my wife especially praised the flavor of the fries, I ate them all! My husband had a Steak pie there yesterday(Sunday) wich tasted like an old pie, forsure NOT fresh at all, and today he has severe diarrhea! The card machine did not work as well, and it wasn't even loadshedding. Seems like a regular proplem there, obviously the owner couldn't care less!! The place is in need of good management! The waiting staff didn't seem to know what they were doing. The breakfast menu is silly as the waiting staff need to walk around with the blackboard with chalk on it to display the items, and the price of toasted sandwiches is somewhat extreme. A shocking experience. Serving raw chicken livers and only delivering 2 out 4 ordered dishes to the table!! The waiter couldn’t care less when we asked when our food is coming 20min after the first 2 people received their food. 30 min later we asked again. Then the manager came asking what was ordered. This after we returned our son’s raw chicken livers received it back again, still waiting. She left the table and nothing. We could not wait longer, and paid for the 2 meals only. We went next door to Lemon and Lime and bought 2x pies. It left a very bad taste about Pringle Bay, and from then we only visited restaurants in Betty’s and Kleinmond.
