12 Apostles Inn - PRINCETOWN

I had a delightful dining experience at The Prince Town Tavern. My husband ordered the Scotch fillet, which came with a delicious peppercorn gravy, chips, and salad. He claimed it was the best he’s ever had. I opted for the crumbed chicken topped with avocado and creamy garlic sauce, along with crispy bacon, chips, and salad, and it was equally delicious. Since our last visit, they’ve expanded the kitchen and added a new pizza oven. It’s definitely worth stopping by for dinner or just a drink. The outdoor seating area is perfect for enjoying those warm summer nights.

This place serves the best schnitzel, vegetable mash, and gravy I've had in a long time! It definitely ranks in the top 10 meals of my life! The staff was incredibly accommodating and fantastic overall, and the service was quick too.

The service was excellent and the food was outstanding. The steak was cooked to perfection—tender and not chewy at all. I didn’t need any extra seasoning for my surf and turf because the flavors were spot on. The chips were crunchy, and while the salad was average, it complemented the meal well enough.

After a long 9 hours by the great ocean, we headed to 12 Apostles Inn/Princetown Tavern. Great ambience with a pub feel. Great location. Food: we ordered the soup of the day ie pumpkin soup, chicken schnitzel, sausages and mash, carbonara pasta (requested a veg version which was fulfilled). Each dish was faultless and tasted fantastic. Great place for some good home food. Staff: very friendly, hospitable and courteous. One to mention: Beck. Place: with... a fire place, bar, pool table, outdoor seating at the back. A family run business... way to go !!!!

Great pizza, friendly staff. The people who waited around for ages and then left, clearly didn't realise you order at the counter. They would have been told this if they had asked instead of storming out and leaving a 1 star review!
