Yankee Doodle Tap Room - Princeton

I love YDTR! I've lived here for 19 years and have always enjoyed going in to the tap room. The atmosphere, the beer selection, the food, the ambience have never let me down. I enjoyed taking people who have never been to the East Coast to New York-New Jersey- Princeton into the Yankee Doodle Tap Room so that they can experience a great environment and that beautiful Norman Rockwell painting and seeing the pictures of all the famous Princeton University alumni. I never get tired of going and having a casual drink or food. Thanks for such a great experience.

Went there Saturday the 17th, for my wife and I's first dinner together as husband and wife. We were lucky to have Loren as our server, she was extremely nice and attentive and really made is feel special. The food was amazing and we will definitely be coming back even though we don't live close by, it's that good.

Very friendly and helpful staff, delicious quiche and salad, (perfect size for lunch), lovely Chardonnay, relaxed and 'historical ' ambiance. We enjoyed examining all of the PU yearbook photos on the walls. We 'll definitely be back.

The hubby and I love going to the tap room. Not only is the food creative and delicious but the staff are extremely friendly. A wonderful setting to meet up with friends for a drink after work. I highly recommend the Tap Room as the go to place in the heart of Princeton.
