The waiter patiently answered my questions, the food was very flavorful, the portion sizes were large, and it seemed like everything was made to order. I would definitely go back! View all feedback.
What Satish Maduri doesn't like about The Mint:
We tried this restaurant as we were in Princeton downtown . Food was OK , waiting time is horrible .. we literally waited more than hour for just simple order . There is not much crowed also I the restaurant. So not sure what causes them for such long wait . Plenty other good Indian options on 27 with lower price fast service . View all feedback.
The wait time on getting food is ridiculous, 1 hour+ wait for TWO dishes of chicken tikka and goat when the place isnt busy. The waiter doesnt even acknowledge you or check if you need a refill on your drink the whole time. The biggest joke is that there were only 2 other couples in the entire restaurant and they werent busy at all and was half empty. We had to ask the waiter for how much longer it would be for the food, instead of them saying something to us. The worst part is the place is super hot inside the restuarant, i think their ac is broken or they dont use their wall ac to save money. They dont have central ac and its not worth waiting, sweating for food. The food was decent but not worth the wait. They also forgot to include our somosa order even though the waitress wrote down our ordet. If you want to eat here, order take out, don't dine in. I should have listened to the reviews about the wait time.
Today we had dinner there for the first time, ordered vegetarian food. All dishes were unique in taste, pure perfect and delicious!!! Garlic naan were so good! Would visit again! Only suggestion is to use different and appropriate sauces for different appetizers. Staff was very friendly! Interior should be improved little bit better way to make the place perfect fit in Princeton high end area! Five star food!!
Service was slow and a bit inattentive but the food was delicious. I wasn?t the biggest fan of the chicken lollipops but the samosas, lobster soup, naan and butter tikka masala were delicious!

A nice spot for lunch in Princeton. The price is just right and you get a ton of food. We had the Non-veg thali plate and the mint platter for entrees. It is a lot of food. We ordered appetizers thinking this would be a typical Princeton restaurant with small portions, but the samosas were like the size of my fist. Food was delicious and well spiced. Our server was amazing and polite. The staff is very friendly and enjoyable. A lot of food and it won?t cost you an arm and a leg.
