Terrible terrible terrible. Ordered a simple cheese pizza. Delivery said it would take 1 hour and 30 minutes. Longer than I wanted, but oh well. Order put in at 6:20. It?s 8:30 and still no pizza. Called and they weren?t even apologetic.
To ensure timely dining, they need to provide food at least one and a half hours later than what they claim. However, tonight we waited over two hours for a cheese pizza!
I had a terrible experience at this Casey's location. It took two hours to get our pizza, and when it finally arrived, it was the wrong order. I called four times during that wait, and each time they assured me it was on the way. An hour and a half later, we finally received the correct pizza, but it wasn't very good. I've ordered from several Casey's before, but I will never order from this one again.
