Outback Steakhouse - Prince Frederick

I visited the Outback Steakhouse in Prince Frederick on April 7, 2024 for a carryout food order. As always, I pay in cash as well as a pretty decent tip. On this particular day, I mistakenly gave Jovan the incorrect money that I had set aside to pay. I had given him a much larger amount and it wasn't until he brought it to my attention that I had done so. I thank Jovan the staff there for their honesty in returning the money. N closing, service is always exceptional whether it's dining in or carry out. Great food, awesome staff and great location. ??

My husband and I never get out ever since having our child, but last night we decided to order Take Out and our food was PERFECT! I used my Outback app which has my Dine Rewards and I got 5 dollars off too! I’m really glad that I signed up for the Dine Rewards program. I would highly recommend the Prince Frederick Outback as a place to get great food and awesome service!

Had to eat soup with a plastic spoon because they had none clean!!!! Large party of 12. Our waiter was awesome

This is the worst outback I've had we just got curbside get home and a steak knife won't even cut the steak it's rubber I'm calling corporate

On my lunch break, I went to this location for a steak. After waiting 20 mins my steak arrived and had no seasoning, and the grease was sitting on top of it like water. The fries on my plate were wet as a result. I asked the waitress(Jess, who did a great job, and tried to accommodate as much as possible) about the lack of seasoning, she agreed it looked as if it lacked seasoning and came back with a small dish of seasoning. I assume I was to season my own steak that should have been cooked in the seasoning. I asked for a manager(Dameon). He acknowledged that the steak looked bland and that my fries should not have been wet, and said he would remake it. After waiting another 20 mins, my lunch break was over and I had yet to eat anything but my side salad. I immediately asked for a to go container because I had to get back to work. Not only was I not able to eat my meal , the manager did not even offer to take a percentage off or offer any other form of compensation for the poor food preparation, but my bill was for the full amount! Never mind the fact the I was leaving as hungry as I was when I got there ,and would have to eat re-heated food later. A card for a percentage off my next meal or a free appetizer would have been a sign of good faith. However the manger's actions showed he could care less if his patrons are satisfied. A clear example of poor managerial skills! I will be posting this on my social media page.. Not good !
