Outback Steakhouse - Prince Frederick

My family of 4 adults and 3 children went to Outback Steakhouse for dinner. Unfortunately, the children received their meals 30 minutes before the adults did. It took 20 minutes for the adults to even get their beers. After waiting for an hour, our food finally arrived but all 4 steaks were cooked incorrectly. My baked potato was still cold and my broccoli was overcooked. Despite the fact that the restaurant was not very busy when we arrived, we were disappointed with the overall experience. We are unsure if we will be returning to this place in the future.

The experience was average. I ordered grilled shrimp and the flavor was delicious, but they were a bit on the dry side.

I believe Outback Steakhouse must be fantastic, but I can't provide a review right now as I was busy picking up our son from their parking lot. Keep up the good work!

Service today wasn't great. The sever seemed very distracted, asked for more sauce, she brought us butter instead of sauce. Seemed very agitated when I gave her my military id for discount. Coconut shrimp were very hard, almost burnt.Nowhere near the experience we get at the Outback in California MD, that place is great, especially the waiter named Ryan.

Always great service and food is always on point. Staff is professional and the bartenders are always working hard. They greet us with a smile and they always recognize us. The beer is always cold and the cheese fries are amazing!!! We will highly recommend to our friends and family!!!
