The manager needs to learn how to show respect, and the restaurant could use better carhops and cooks. The owner should drop by unannounced to see just how poorly this place is being managed. The carhop mentioned that couples are working the same shifts, which is causing delays in getting food out. Improvements are necessary, or this restaurant may find itself out of business.
