This was a take out... read more This restaurant was terrible. Our order was incorrect and they refused to replace it. The service was bad and the atmosphere was not great. This was a take out meal for lunch and the price per person was $10-20. The overall experience was disappointing with a rating of 1 out of 5 for both the food and service.

We ordered two burger combos in the drive thru. With 1 of the combos we ordered a sweet tea and before we could correct it they cut us off and stopped listening... read more We ordered two burger combos in the drive thru. With 1 of the combos we ordered a sweet tea and before we could correct it they cut us off and stopped listening. We drove to the okay window and tried to tell the lady taking our money and she said 'just tell them at the next window that they messed up '. When we got to the pick up window they already the the drinks made so we just took it. They said they were waiting in fries and to pull up to the next pick up window. So we did that and waited almost 20 minutes for them to try and give us someone else 's food. They told us they gave our food to someone else and needed our receipt to make our order. After finally getting our food 25 minutes later in total, they were not happy when I asked for my receipt back. The whole time while waiting you could hear the staff playing, joking, slapping each other, and screaming at each other. I will say when we finally got out food it was hot and correct.
