Just a little local joint with awesome food. Delicious breakfast. Nothing fancy but good friendly service and homemade offerings on the breakfast buffet. Fresh biscuits and gravy and the hash brown casserole! (Potatoes, sausage, cheese, peppers) Mmm, Mmm!
A period, decent breakfast, but the ambience is the main ingredient... Local hatch coffee and talk about cutting their corn fruits, harvesting their wheat, etc. is true Kansas local conversation that makes you appreciate the farmers working hard mentality. A classic place that hopes to stay long. Love the sign in front. Good pancakes by and the coffee is pretty good. Great service.
We've visited this restaurant for breakfast during previous trips and found it to be decent. However, on our recent visit today, we experienced terrible service. We waited a full hour for our food, which ultimately was disappointing.
Classic Mom and Pop place. Not necessarily gourmet, just good home cooking. Waitstaff are awesome!
