Neither good nor bad. Average pinsa, nothing exceptional, shabby place. Question: if they sell Eurospin beer, where do they get the other products they use? Update following the response of the place: Ah, perfect! Finally a place that focuses on transparency, all served with a sprinkling of sarcasm. Original as a concept, it's just a shame it wasn't mentioned on the menu. Next time, maybe I'll go straight to Eurospin: at least there I can choose what to eat and pay half.
It was my first time trying their Roman pinsa in a long time. I'm celiac and loved the gluten-free pinsa, made with homemade, not frozen, dough. It will definitely be a go-to place whenever I'm craving pizza or pinsa. The owner was also incredibly kind, waiting for me to arrive so she could bake the pinsa and have them ready while they were still hot (even though I arrived right before closing time). Thank you for letting me enjoy a delicious, gluten-free Roman pinsa!
