I travel in Prato twice per year and I always have, at least, one dinner at Baghino . For me , it is a real gem of traditional Italian cuisine ! Through the years a have tasted a lot of dishes, all of them were very good. The atmosphere is also traditional, the staff polite.
We waited for so long for our food to come. The carbonara is too creamy, the aglio olio is not nice. Steak is undercooked. Price is expensive. Worst meal we have in Italy for the past 10 days. Not sure why this could be rated so highly at TripAdvisor. We have been visiting other restaurants with much lower rating yet better taste
