Buasca - Prascorsano

Very friendly family run hotel/restaurant which I will definitely return to. Stayed with cycling friends riding the Colle del NIvolet. Hotel is ideally located for cycling in the area. Breakfast served at 7am with fantastic coffee. Storage for bikes inside hotel. Rooms basic but very clean and good showers. Fridge in room. Anything you needed the staff were only too happy to help. I like a lot this tipical place. Fantastic food, a lot of antipasti to chose, my recomendation carne cruda and vitelo tonato. Very good meat from the zone. Fruit and desserts from the season. And ofcourse fantastic ladies working there

Maybe there is not too much to see or do in Cuorgne (More than the amazing Colle Nivolet) but there is a nice atmosphere in the city and Ristorante Buasca is a hidden gem for me. I just have to love the staff. Very welcoming family owned place with great food and wine. Piemonte have grown big in my heart and Buasca is one big reason for that. Very calm place. A bit of traffic close by but otherwise nice. Great parking area. Breakfast and dinner is great. Nice selection of Nebbiolo wine to. Give it a go!

I returned after more than two years to get their famous Piedmont fried again. .preceded by a wide sequence of typical appetizers. I found the cozy place I knew, with the usual staff, kind and helpful. the price slightly higher than the last time considering that we took more or less the same menu.) it is worth visiting for those who prefer Piedmont cuisine. recommended.
