The market fish and chicken are definitely worth trying. The desserts can be hit or miss. If you're with elderly guests, it's best to leave before 7:30, as it gets quite dark, chilly, and noisy.
The food was not only exceptional, but the service was fantastic as well. Overall, I would say we had an outstanding dining experience and would definitely return in the future.
We were served our main course at 7:20, but were told we needed to leave our table by 7:45. This felt completely unnecessary, as we would have finished our meal well before the deadline. If timing was such an issue, they should have served us sooner. It made us feel rushed during what should have been a pleasant date night. Then, when we went to pay the bill, we were informed that they had moved another booking and that we could stay longer. Having worked in hospitality myself, I would never pressure a table to hurry unless there were no seats available and they were just minutes away from the next reservation. There were plenty of other tables free to accommodate the next booking, given they were able to move their current one.
