I have been a patron of your restaurant for quite some time now, and I must say that I am always enchanted by the calming and magical ambiance you have created. However, I was taken aback by the sight of the rabbits in cages, looking sad and forlorn. It was disheartening to see them without food or water, and some were even visibly distressed. The staff should ensure that the animals are well taken care of and provided with the necessary essentials such as food, water, and comfortable living conditions. This experience left a sour taste in my mouth, and I hope that this issue can be addressed promptly.

Today, I ordered the pork knees from the lunch menu. It was clear that the meat had been cooked the day before, or possibly during the weekend rush. The skin was dry and had soaked through, making it necessary to cut it off before eating. The reheating process did not improve the taste or quality of the dish.

The service at this restaurant is absolutely professional, even during lunchtime when we had a reservation. The soup, duck, and dessert were all excellent and delicious. The homemade lemonade was incredibly good. The atmosphere and garden were beautiful. Overall, this restaurant is top-notch in my opinion.

I recommend everything. Excellent food, super service.
