There are many options to choose from, and the workers are very accommodating to vegans (even though nothing on the menu is vegan, you can simply request for no egg in your dish). The open kitchen allows you to see the cooks preparing your meal right in front of you, which is a nice touch. During lunchtime, the restaurant can get quite crowded, but the cooks work quickly to serve all customers. You have the freedom to add a variety of vegetables, nuts, and seeds to customize your meal, so the size and price of your dish is up to you. Despite adding extras, I have never paid more than 200 Czech crowns for a meal.
