on the same trip (2019,) both here were two separate times. jakob in the writing was great. the breakfast was good. my cousin translated for my family and I, but it seemed as if they knew something English. great location near the church with the child jesus of prag. View all feedback.

Great service! the personal is excellent. the breakfast was excellent and the hotel is just 5 minutes walk to the famous carlsbridge! taste hotel so far for this price!
Very nice hotel. Room was small but very clean and convenient. Very quiet at night, so perfect for a little getaway. Very close to the city and all the attractions. The breakfast ist good, variety of hot food, bread, cheese and muesli/Cornflakes. You can have coffee, tea and juices all day if you like.
Our trip in the hotel william was absolutely amazing! the staff is very friendly and helpful, the hotel is clean, well located and offers a very great choice to breakfast, also they can have coffee, hot water and tee for free throughout the day. it is the first time we wanted to stay longer in a hotel and such a beautiful city! dogs are allowed and welcome! thanks to all employees and especially Katka, richard and michael :d t
Lovely staffs, and excellent quality with extremely decent price. The location is also pretty good, very near cable trains and can get to every spots easily. It is one of the few hotels I will remember for its kind service and special experience. Highly recommend !
